We believe that giving you all the knowledge and understanding of why you’re doing something gives you the chance of better long term results. All too often there is a cookie cutter approach to fitness that might not suit you and there are far too many people blindly following bad advice that simply isn’t giving you the success that you want.
When it comes to training there are some really good practices and unfortunately some really bad practices that are doing more bad than good, and what’s worse is that these bad practices are taking more effort from you. We believe in efficiency, and this is simply about giving you the best results in the quickest time whilst maximising your efforts when you train.
Nutrition is a hot topic at the moment and we couldn’t be happier as what we eat and drink drives not only our physiques but our health and happiness too. What we believe is that ‘dieting’ shouldnt be difficult or a trigger word for people as there are so many different ways to get amazing results without eating chicken and rice out of tupperware.
Everyone’s goals are different and meaningful to you as an individual. With this in mind, we believe in getting you individualised support based on what you want to achieve be it through our video database or 1-2-1 coaching.

Momentum is brought to you by Joe Schofield, so that you and others like you can cut out the guess work, and become happier and healthier as fast as possible. He has accumulated the most up to date and effective training, nutrition and diet methods to help you reach your health and fitness faster than on your own. With Joe himself having over 9 years of experience and research in the health & fitness industry and distance coaching, you have the security of knowing your in the hands of well educated, enthusiastic professionals.
